Question is: Where will you be and how many shares will you have when FNMA is released from conservatorship? It is inevitable and their true value will reflect it once it happens. Talk is cheap...they'd be crazy to shut these giants down. Accumulate as many shares as you can afford to accumulate so you can get paid when the time comes!
