I only trade in this range and have rarely blamed NSS in the subpenny range, except for cellar boxing, which you probably don't know about LOL.. Most of my research involves higher end microcaps and I think there is a lot of NSS scamming going on there.

I did buy at .0003 and sold at .0009. It was a tiny trade for me and I was interested in getting back in, but didn't have the background info. I'll consider it now after the r/s.
