SBC - essentially, Augustine hired Phil by buying his IT staffing firm for a hefty $3.3million. Phil's job was to come in and spin IPVO/NMKT the same way that he did with Vergetech, and hide behind his claim to be a West Point grad. The reason why Augustine has/is profiting from NMKT is because they are the folks who Phil responds to. That's why the DFTS deal was done (have you ever read DFTS financials...UGLY!). That's why Augustine received loans at 14% and 22% interest...that's why augustine gets great debt conversion deals...that's why Augustine continues to show up on the list of NMKT/IPVO sellers (but never once a buyer).
