After TDA shorted the stock over long period of time,they went to DTC to impose the chill on us.I am not blaming it only on TDA,it's our management who issued lot of shares in short period of time.
Other Broker's does not care the chill...because they can do anything they want to do with it. Because they do not have to report daily transaction electronically.All they have to do is write in a form and mail it to Finra.We all know how it works on thousands of written forms are going there everyday.So the manipulation gets un noticed.Now we have a mountain.Sometimes it looks like short might be over the AS.

So...The Chill removal for our stock is huge deal.It will open the book of manipulation.
