LG - yes,...it makes no sense to place "Confidential" on a text that is on a public venue.

i totally agree with you in your assessment.

a hired hand wrote this to create interest. of course,...things can backfire also.

i say, " come CLYW,...file those lawsuits, lets see what you've got."
