Spx is considered a futures right? Perhaps it's another option for people feeling like they are getting hurt by the daytrade rule, Im not sure if they are under the daytrade rule. I know that futures are not. Also u can use margin to get yourself leveraged quite nicely if you are into that sort if thing.
