For example, look at findthebest.com and compare with the clunkiness of thedirectory.com. If you like to do vertical searching rather than Google-style, I get that but this site is not intuitive.

They need to do a lot more cleanup and make the user experience much slicker to compete. That needs to happen quickly to keep up with the market.
