I'm sure you've been watching CBY*, but I wanted to post here to you and other friends what I'm not going to post over on those boards. The ihub account of "John R Scott" posted that the deal was off and so "Mark McCoy" started responding saying it was fraud, to get the straight answer I emailed the real Mark McCoy and told him people were posting on CBY* forums under his and John Scott's names. His response:

Agreed as far as the proper channels go. I have never posted on iHub
although an email was posted without permission.
Confirmed Cambertire has rescinded as Cal-Bay failed to meet all the
obligations for closing.
