Unfortunately, nothing in that filing is new information and nothing in that filing is current audited financials. It is just like the 8-k that covers the financials through the end of calendar 2012 that you keep providing the link to and presenting as current information.

In multiple SEC filings MDHI has stated under oath that positive operational cash flow was achieved during the first calendar quarter of 2013. Until we see from that period forward MDHI is in a holding pattern. Repeatedly showing old financial information and presenting as current does not change that no matter how many times it is posted.
