This stock is a scam.

Maurice tried calling me recently about a mine or something, I could hardly understand him because of his terrible accent and evidently he had me on speaker phone. I didn't even know they still had my phone number, since the last time we spoke - a group of investors who had a lot of capital on the table protested against the reverse split.

Of course, they didn't care. Instead of actually doing something material, they r/s - used the 'new' shares to balloon some fabled and extravagant claim about mines supposedly near Cortez and Barrick. Sounds a lot like Ron Brooks when he was claiming Chesapeake Energy, he also scammed a good friend of mine in Kentucky for several hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Regardless, this stock is untradeable if your using a brokerage that clears through Penson. It's already blocked on the exchanges. I had 150 shares left I tried to sell recently and the trade was rejected.
