The expected amount raised from the additional 173,333,100 shares would be another $5 million which would be the $3 million already raised taken from the $8,000,000 as total proceeds as stated.

$5,000,000 divided by 173,333,100 = .0285/share

Does that sound about right?

I don't see .10/share.
