Why would or could it NOT be held ?

Strange that they would counter when no income is coming from what Worlds does. I guess it is to just make the judge have a bunch more paperwork to now do. But it should have nothing to do with the markman on Worlds patents.

Is it a counter suit or seperate ? I was hoping it is seperate and will be on it's on validity..
