Btw anyone with the timeframe for NQ listing? I find it extremely hard to expect it to be done till EOY. After all, it took what - half a year at least - before they found out FN listing wont come through. And NQ will be surely a harder task.

I´m not sure it is harder. Penser Bank is a “Village” banker with no experience in China. They are “big & famous” in Sweden, but lets face it, they have no experience, what so ever in Chines companies and since Penser would have no regulatory help on FN (as SEC helps out in USA with regulatory compliance issues) they would bear the sole responsibility of all claims if, RD and people like him;) would make a lawsuit, because of disappointments (or if something was fishy ;)) But to up list from OTC to NASDAQ I would say it´s more about Volume, Mcap and PPS, to qualify for a US up listing, or?
