It's all speculation, it could be any reason why the FTG hasn't been performed yet. But, my speculation is that ERHC doesn't want to expend the resources to conduct the FTG if they don't have to. If ERHC can successfully enter into a JV with an exploration company, let them cover the expense of an FTG survey and ERHC can save it's cash for other expenditures. In ERHC's position why expend it's resources on the FTG survey if it's potential partner can cover the expense in the future.
