JDUR, it doesn't make sense that is why I am a little concerned regarding the judge's actions. There was a markman set, then eliminated. It was not postponed. It was not moved. The MSJ took it's place. Why such a drastic move by the judge if the MSJ had no teeth? I really think WDDD is entitled to royalties, but, like VRNG, a judge can have a tremendous effect. I really like your synopsis on the need for a markman and hope to hear more of your thoughts in the future.
