But didn't BW make the comment about disbanding BBDA in the context of uplisting to the Nasdaq only? It wouldn't just be switching to another company name and staying on the OTC market...

Which means that Bebevco would have to meet the Nasdaq's minimum standards for share price ($4 per share), and either pre-tax earnings of $11 Million, market cap of $550 Million, or cash flow of $27.5 Million in the past three years. All of which would be impossible if the company was purposely being devalued...

Am I thinking about this incorrectly? I'm not a finance guy, just want to make sure we're looking at all sides
