Which means that Bebevco would have to meet the Nasdaq's minimum standards for share price ($4 per share), and either pre-tax earnings of $11 Million, market cap of $550 Million, or cash flow of $27.5 Million in the past three years. All of which would be impossible if the company was purposely being devalued...
