i've talked to him 3 times, lets be straight, he cannot make any comment outside of the scope of the fact that it is suspended.
For you to modify his manner and speech pattern as in "he quickly got defensive" is not a true statement. He is a quiet man, very soft spoken and he cant give you any details.

you try to make it sound like he is protecting ECO which i'm sure he personally could care less. He is just doing his job.
