Response from Dan Keeney about todays press release. Dan does say the FTG survey will be completed but we don't know when.

As noted in the original statement about the FTG in July, the Company expected the survey to be flown through the summer, but the statement noted the possibility of "certain contingencies" http://erhc.com/news/airborne-gravity-gradiometry-ftg-survey-of-kenya-block-11a/ . Suffice it to say, certain contingencies have come into play and the company is still planning to proceed with the FTG survey. I really am not at liberty to expand on what has been disclosed.
