Nice DD I believe the Primarq deal will be a game change as statement before they could take over the PMI market help people with their down payment help them qualify for home loan a lot easier since I don't know of any bank that our doing %20 loan no longer and under Dod Frankly Rule bank can't do 80/20 loan so if the exchange do open in 2014 as there saying we could be in for really nice ride it be like hitting the the lotto IMO That a big if it happens but I like my risk and reward right here !!!!!!!!!
