It has nothing to do w the stock...pennys do this sometimes unconditionally - its like ccry @ .005, soon as you see the consistant downward resistance line be careful - its held that way, its not a natural occuring feature to the stock. The MM's are behind it, company dilution, etc. etc. its beyond control of the shareholders. Til it hits a low point (who knows when) it will move. Its a waiting game. Wait for change in price fluctuation & volume, and compare to bolly bands and MA for entry point in the future.
