Hey Jo Jo you do not know the details of that inquiry. Only that there was an inquiry and the company consented without admitting it was true or untrue. Sometimes the cost of correcting a wrong is too expensive from a business standpoint.

The bottom line Joseph... I know Todd Davis. And he is an upstanding person. He follows the rules and will not mislead his investors.

So if you are just trying to tarnish the man... or his reputation then you should stop! He makes himself available to his investors and communicates what he can within the guidelines of the law.
