I will never bash ONCS on the fundamental level. They have an excellent company with a more than promising future. The sp, this early in the game, is something they cant control. It has nothing to do with how theyre running the co. Look at INO $2+.... I think ONCS shows a lot more potential and is ahead in the pre clinical and clinical trials.
