BW wont audit BBDA just because people on IHUB would like one

He is a proud man. It wouldn't surprise me if he took that position, not so much because folks on IHub want it, but moreso that "certain" folks want it. This would be especially true if he felt he was being honest and doing the best he can. In reality, fins don't make a company, sales do. All fins do is report progress and for many CEOs, provide a means to manage his balance sheet. Spending time on reporting anything does little to get more sales, but it does provide the means to manage growth. Many companies with blasting sales outrun their resources and end up in bankruptcy for violating the cardinal rule of financial mgmt, "if your outgo exceeds your income, your overhead will be your down fall." Personally I don't think BW manages his balance sheet. He likes to focus on sales and marketing and knows his safety net is stock. He can always get out of trouble by issuing a few shares, so why worry about it. The answer to that is simple. It is the CEO's role in a publically traded company to grow the company AND the stock value. That mgmt technique does the opposite. I think he is starting to "get it" though, as he's getting lots of experience and learning from it. We'll see.
