World government BLUF hypes carbon credit news and isn't worth chit...No doubt the U.N. and BLUF would love to expand the carbon credit market but if someone said law will be enacted to plant an rfid chip in your right hand or forehead would you purchase share in the company who manufactures the chips? Possibly a lot of shorts with an article in Wall Street Journal and the pump will see some heavy activity early a.m....could make a run to .80 until people realized they got scammed..chart looks poised as well...nonetheless worthless to me on principle alone, just like the fiat dollar, just wait till the whole world goes short on the U.S. / Good luck.
