Spinning off to Starion for inventory and royalty agreements is a good idea. If former employees can make a go of it, it just adds to Star, and gets rid of the tobacco stigma for Star to be a true biotech. As far as RJR is concerned, I have always felt that the "gag order", was put in place because of working together for the future. Can't be many other reasons that I can think of. E-Cigs with Anatabine would be something nobody else has, and would be a boon for RJR and Star. Rumor was that RJR was test marketing an E-Cig some time ago. Could it have contained Anatabine? All speculation, but these people are not dumb. A competative advantage like that for a tobacco company is not a dumb idea. Anatabloc in itself is a game changer as far as I'm concerned, but having the addition of a major company like RJR would really set the wheels in motion. Add to that the attention a pharma version of anatabine could create, I think we are looking pretty good at this point. All this is of course, JMHO.
