Layman term. MMRG has it locked up. The other firm thinks they can outlast the current burn rate and not work with mmrg. But they did not research the CEO nor his friends. So in the long run when this all hits the courts and the wheel of justice crushes out the chaff.
Well MMRG walks away with a hefty sum.
But that is my take on it and that is that. do your own research.
