Just received a very excited call from my Prudential Securities broker..PCBM has been placed on the restricted list...she can sell my position but I cannot buy anymore...she believes it has something to do with the DTC and the 80 firms looking to exit same....so do I...especially since the DTC lost its court case yesterday and was remanded back to district court..SOMETHING IS UP..she said....patience children...patience...Rods

So, in essence, it would become more illiquid. If you can't buy any, than how is the price going to go up??
