Ummm...Sounds to me like a signature is pending...They are in the final stages quiet period:

Status Update: As to the PPA, while we cannot disclose more at this time, we can let you know that we did receive a response and that we are actively, and positively, working with the anticipated Buyer on this critical milestone. This is a very serious and important juncture. We will advise as soon as there is reportable news.

"Cannot disclose" more tells me all I need to know. Not we don't have any other information to share, or waiting to get more details, but we CANNOT disclose (like the buyer said don't say a word).

Remember earlier I was saying they told Xtreme to go forward and then there was a hiccup? Well now I'm about 99.9% positive what I was thinking was happening IS happening. Xtreme will (imho) be announcing $STLK as there next pick very soon.

I think this might have something to do with sealing the deal either tomorrow or finalize on Monday:

We have a visit tomorrow from General Electric (GE Power & Water). We are reviewing their wind turbine generator proposal, as well as, the Operations & Maintenance offer for the VTRES BACHE site.

Could be wrong on the dates, but I don't think I'm wrong that this is in the very final stages...no more messengers, no more faxes...It's face time now...Get ready! This train will departing the station real soon.
