DD ON ACLP looks very good, im loading and been loading all week.

ACLP has No Dilution I'll give you a few more good reasons to buy and hold this undiscovered GEM.
-No Dilution
-Audited Financials http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ACLP/company-info
-New CEO (getting 5k a month , not shares to dilute)
-CEO slowly taking control of a few companies (could be a RM in the works)
-No convertibles until SP is a penny or more. (filings prove it.)
-Low SS
-CEO is a major player ( He serves as a Senior Vice President of Able Global Partners, a New York City-based merchant bank.).
-Able Global Partners has access to over $2 Billion in capitalhttp://www.ableglobalps.com/aboutus.html. We can provide financing for the growth, development and acquisition capital as defined in your company’s Business Plan.

2012 Transactions.http://www.ableglobalps.com/recenttransactions.html
The following Tombstones represent a sample of recent transactions we have completed on behalf of our Portfolio Companies:

Share Structure
Market Value1 $308,070 a/o Sep 27, 2013
Shares Outstanding 220,049,724 a/o Feb 15, 2013

Most companies will not specify a min price that shares can be converted to pay off debt.
Here is one example how the company is protecting from dilution. Look at the filing here, http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=9100418
On February 10, 2012, the Company borrowed $50,000 from a third party. The Company repaid $5,000 of the note on March 12, 2012. The convertible promissory note bears interest at 5% per annum and matured on August 10, 2012. The Company has the option to pay the interest with its common stock at the closing bid price immediately prior to the due date and the investor has the option to convert the promissory note into shares of common stock at the closing bid price (but not less than $0.01 per share) immediately prior to the conversion date. The Company also issued the investor a five-year warrant to purchase 500,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.01 per share.

These are some very good reasons to look closely at this stock
There are many more the CEO will give us soon.
