Deal, why the sudden change from a few weeks ago, I just think That the wait for news is effe ting you. You posted below only a few weeks ago;

Here is one thing you can hang your hat on IMHO.Going from personal knowledge lifes experience.

To me the Intellect vs Pfizer lawsuit is over and I bet my credibility,honor on that.No doubt they are negotiating a settlement,license agreement or a restatement of that agreement.

If you follow the entire case every filing the timelines its crystal clear to me.

Most important to me in the filings the defendants out right lied mislead a superior judge in there exhibits and other filings.That is a golden rule you don't do.

Bet that judge understands exactly what occured and what this case is really about which is no doubt a contractual breach of non-payment of the milestone payment.

One has to look at the links provided along with the timelines of every filing in the case to draw a conclusion.

Drawing my conclusion if the defendants did not terminate the agreement after the 127 patent was issued that triggered the milestone then why in the hell would the plantiff not terminate the liecnse agreement per section 7 thur 7.5.4 for breach of that agreement.

My conclusion on that issue is you are already fighting a monster so why not take the fight forward.Thats exactly why the Ponezumab phase II trial was changed 8/16/13 IMHO.

Now lets look at the judge in other case or cases if would would like to dig up others.

If you read a case regarding Intellicell we talked about in the past you get a clear idea of how this juge works.

That is exactly why you don't see a decision on the motion posted on the court website.I say he said do not efile your responces.

I also think the media has inquired regarding David vs Goliath.
