Vale had an option on the KATX parcels and paid some on the option, but it expired. Thing is that was never announced as it would have killed the illusion that Vale would buy out Katx for Millions or a Billion if you believed the BS.

Spin off did happen, but shareholders were lied to and it was delayed for a long period and shareholders were diluted and the shares are basically worthless.

Cracker Creek- BVIG has no funds so not sure how the deal closes, but again another illusion to sell shares that will fail.

Ekom Eya- another illusion deal that was done to pump the stock that will also expire worthless.

As you can see the whole truth is needed without spin. The stock price tells the story as few but the weak of mind believe this BS anymore.
