EVSV Announces Intent to Buy? Beware. Just like I want to announce intent to buy the newest Ferrari at the dealership. Give me a break. So many companies with 'intentions' to do big things. Don't buy on this news, buy on news saying they DID purchase something. The usual Ihubers are here too.
