I think what this poster is saying, and I agree, is that professional courtesy may be behind the delay. Syncora may need a week at some point down the road.

In any case it will be interesting to see how this plays out. JPM in a bad pace right now and although Syncora is small, the details exposed during the next phase of litigation may be incredibly damaging to their position in other situations. Let's get our cash/putbacks/reserve reversals and get out.
