If we believe Deals, then Pfizer required a new license before changing the status on their website. This would indicate that other agreements had first been made (agreements to agree pending signatures).

Otherwise, ILNS would have (as a matter of the normal course of business) opened a public bidding process that would have pitted Pfe against others.

These details comprise (in their shortest form) the logic trail I am following.

By the way Deals, two things: 1/ some of your recent comments appear to almost be actionable, careful, and
2/ make sure that in your attempt at a hostile corporate re-alignment that you don't wreck the ship that so many of us other longs have been hoping to soon ride off into the sunset.
