Last report was June 30.........

I have been doing a little bit of digging around. Although I am pleased with the steps that Mr. Floyd is taken to build up from whatever caused them to drop. I think he bit off a piece that was to big to chew. So for a moment he was on top of the world with the peak stock price, and now he is a bottom feeder trying to climb his way back out of the manhole that probably could have been prevented by having the right partner(s) with financial backing to rework wells.

There are some questionable activities going on and have gone on with this company and the fact that they paid for advertisement a few months back makes them look a little more shady.

HOWEVER(coma)There is oil in them hills. My cousin works for BIG OIL CORP who does inspections around that area. I have been talking to him lately in regards to PEII, even though he sticks to his guns and keeps telling me I should have just stuck with BIG OIL instead of these little fish swarming around just waiting to get bought up or paying to much for contractors to work on the wells.

Neither here nor there - since I own shares in PEII.

I asked him next time he is tasked to make a run to Oklahoma to go by a few locations operated by PEII. Take a few photos. Let me know if the pump(s) is operational.

But even if you have all this photographic evidence, if Floyd is not posting solid numbers and sells........this stock and company is going to continue to be brought down by MM's or whatever type of manipulation is out there.

I am sure alot of investors are in red on most of their shares at this very moment.

I hope the company continues on the right path of wanting to be listed on AMEX and they each have a drive to put more money in their pockets than they already have.
