That's absolutely true but as I noted earlier in a decision of such possible magnitude, perhaps the "down the road" time/value added element that's part of the licencing (and infringement) angle, would be way more long term value for more generational family members. It's a valid & important decision making factor, I think... but what's really needed is for somebody to put together some realistic numbers for both possibilities.
