The end might finally be in sight. The company is running out of cash, Barry and Lisa have sucked the company dry, by taking millions of dollars in salary, bonuses and loans. Plus another million in entertainment, travel, car, etc.. Expenses. They stole all the private placement money, so the dilution went directly into their pockets. They were the only shareholders to gain, all else loses. It's a horrible huge mess, with several lawsuits around the corner.
