Finally did some DD on Mr. Quirk...All I can say is I'm baffled. I'm baffled because a man who went to Harvard Business School and has 20 years of exp in the industry decided to take on a CEO role of a penny stock. I am a firm believer that a strength of a company starts with the strength of it's management team. For him to take THIS LARGE of a risk with his career, tells me that he sees something special here.

I picked up STKO on a whim when I first started trading these (mostly) POS stocks and haven't been impressed with its performance. In fact, a few months ago, I was contemplating selling at .0001 just to recover whatever I could. Now with this R/S and A/S reduction along with the hiring of this proven executive, I am finding myself wanting to hold for the long run. It's the logical decision. Bet on the management team.
