Minnesinger: On the official ERHC website they never said that their LOI partner was a "Integrated oil & Gas Company". They do some Gas distribution but maybe that qualifies them as such. make a search for their E & P licenses and you will see many partners, properties and countries that they operate in, They also do Deep Water.
