PRELIM RECON....
OK, we are having thundersnow here today, but I did manage to get out and run by the Corp. Office, or at least the address they list as their corporate office. It is 10 minutes from my home and is in an exclusive part of S. Asheville known as Biltmore Park. They are in the same VERY NEW building complex as RBC Centura, (a bank), but access to the interior of the building was restricted/closed because of the weekend, so I was NOT able to get inside and see the offices. I also did NOT see any signage in the area that refered to HISC, but it WAS thundersnowing! When I got back from my little trip, a 60 ft pine had fallen across the private road to our neighborhood, so I had to help cut and move that before I could report to you guys. I just finished looking up the CyberCynergy info. and can make these observations. First off, the website mentions 3 retail locations in WNC, but I can only find the address to one of them. I know both the address and the physical location of this one, (it's the one on Airport Rd), because I had my offices across the street from it from 1992 to 2004. It indeed is a computer/technology store but I have only been in it twice about 5 years ago to buy a video cable my new puppy had chewed thru. Not impressive visually, but they have been there a long time. If they own the real estate the building sits on, they have a great asset, as it is on the most highly priced land in the area. It also is less than 5 minutes from my home, so I can easily visit it next week to check out the cyber tracker availability. If you have addresses to the other stores, send them to me. till then.....
