Hemp Inc (HEMP)

I have read the pr's! This one and previous. They said in the past, in previous pr's, that shareholders would own the same percentage in the spinoff companies as they do in HEMP. They said the date of these would depend on the closing sale date that they hoped would have been a year ago. The pr now said this spinoff would be sold for shares. So the question is do those shares stay in HEMP's name or do they give those to current share holders?
