Manipulation by shareholders is nothing new. It happens all the time. Sitting and trying to figure out WHY someone spends $10 on the cost of the trade to knock the PPS down is straight up silly.

Have you considered that the COMPANY has sold shares again, and whomever bought them has for sale at .0003? It would be well worth their time to aggravate and annoy someone into hitting the ask wouldn't it? Especially since the selling MM is doing it at a flat fee instead of a per transaction basis!
