Rather interesting to watch, there is a million at the .016 bid so the MM's raised the bid to .0161 to hide that and now they have raised it to .0162. Seems like someone wants to buy a lot of shares of SRSR but only at the bid, making for great bid support. If someone wants to let their shares go for .016 the will be taken quickly.
