He deals with some folks ranting about old shell corporations and conspiracy theories

Maybe folks are ranting about the 78,400,000 shares owned by ex SATM officer Donald Bresina ~ aka PLC Capital = Looks like these shares are tied up in a TX bankruptcy court. Gordon Mckay or Mackay didn't start reporting these shares in the GESI financials until 2013. How could Gordy miss that one? Shheeez.
