Hi all,

I wish I had something to offer the commenters here but I don't. I've been watching the posts on this stock for some time and the knowledge and insight I've gained from reading all of your comments has been both enlightening and fascinating. I invested what is likely a small amount compared to some. However, that small amount was a large percentage of my annual income. In retrospect, I was inexperienced at the time if not also foolish, regardless whether the stock went up or down. Anyway, it appears that I probably lost all of that investment as most of you have. In the event that this turns out to be a situation of fraud, does anyone here have experience or advise as it relates to the procedures documented at http://www.sec.gov/answers/recoverfunds.htm? Could I somehow claim a loss for tax purposes since I wouldn't be able to sell the stock for a loss? I don't necessarily think I would recover all or any of my investment but I am curious about the process and expectations as well as actions that I would need to take. Please note that the amount that I lost probably wouldn't warrant hiring a securities fraud attorney, but recovering some of it would have an impact on my situation. Thank you all.
