Go to stock promoters . com and look up WSHE, it will give you a list of the promoters and what they where compensated. Looks like they paid up to 7 promoters for promo's/ newsletters/ emails and released news on the same day to sell shares. I could be wrong but that's exactly what it looks like. Dilution. Could see a pretty good bounce if the selling has stopped
