I don't see how this can help us, can you please explain your thoughts?

To me it looks like she's been holding our dividend shares and now giving them back thru some sort of a settlement! JMO....But will we see anything from this settlement? BOLTA

Under the settlement agreement, eMac and its affiliates will return approximately 100,000,000 MPIX common shares to be cancelled and returned to the treasury of Mindpix. This is in addition to the 400,000,000 shares returned pursuant to the agreement between the parties in August 2013. Additionally, the amounts owed to eMax and from eMax will be settled so that there are no further obligations between the parties
