NGLE -This is totally a play on what the new owners can do with the shell.

The good news is that over $100K of debt has been forgiven, and the O/S is only 16.8 million shares, with 15 million held by Excellere Capital, so the float is only 1.8 million.

This could easily be hyped/promoted/manipulated to a much higher price.
