This research is a true blessing. BTI is the 2nd largest tobacco manufacturer in the WORLD. British American Tobacco only has rights to three of 22nd Century’s 28 patents and an they have an option to enter into a WORLDWIDE commercial license with XXII.

This commercial license will be a ROYALTY-BEARING commercial license which would extend to at least the year 2028.
YR2028 is the life of XXII's patent.
