NBRI;i agree with you 100%,it is frustrating for shareholders and probably more frustrating for NBRI ,they have to deal with two government there [federal , provincial ]environmentalist ,protectionist,and the very powerfull first nation .most of the people are not aware of " the 1930 constitution act or natural resources acts . that is a lot of different form of government to deal with , dealing with bureaucracy slows you down..jmo
